Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for our 2026 AI initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures.
- Lead research and development into emerging technologies like quantum integration and edge computing.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with ethical AI implementation and bias mitigation strategies.
