Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI and Machine Learning initiatives, aligning them with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design and architect robust, scalable AI systems capable of processing massive datasets in real-time environments.
- R&D Oversight: Lead a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists in exploring novel algorithms and emerging technologies such as Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and Federated Learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, quantum computing researchers, and security experts, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing models to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is required.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models and designing distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and innovate under pressure.
