Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on AGI integration and autonomous systems.
- Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale distributed machine learning systems that handle petabytes of data in real-time.
- Collaborate with Quantum Computing researchers to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum hardware.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance with global regulatory standards (GDPR, AI Act).
- Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for future workloads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a forward-looking perspective on 2026 trends.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a demonstrated passion for exploring quantum algorithms.
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
