Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Define the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business growth and innovation goals.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable cloud-native architectures for large-scale Machine Learning models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Innovation Pioneering: Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing integration and Advanced Predictive Analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or engineering management role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Masterβs degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
