Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and Machine Learning systems, aligning with the company's 2026 vision.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, distributed cloud-native architectures for large-scale AI models.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams and driving successful project delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex systems and design elegant solutions for unstructured problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
