Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI infrastructure for the 2026 Vision Project, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to develop state-of-the-art generative models and predictive algorithms.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Conduct architectural reviews and make critical decisions regarding technology stack selection (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with product managers to roadmap AI capabilities that align with business goals.
- Identify potential risks in AI deployment and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and real-time data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
