Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and bias mitigation in production environments.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate 2026 strategic visions into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference performance and infrastructure costs in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Claude) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex AI projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
