Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, transparency standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement best practices for MLOps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI systems that handle high-scale data.
