Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future?
Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our strategic roadmap for 2026. In this pivotal role, you will define the technical infrastructure that powers next-generation artificial intelligence solutions. We are not just building software for today; we are engineering the foundational systems for the era of AGI and autonomous agents. If you possess a deep understanding of machine learning architectures and a passion for solving complex, large-scale problems, this is your opportunity to lead the charge.
Why Join Us?
We are a team of futurists, engineers, and strategists dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible. As a Lead AI Architect, you will work in a high-performance environment that values innovation, ethical AI development, and rapid prototyping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision for AI systems targeting 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure distributed machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, system reliability, and ethical AI deployment across all projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data pipelines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and mentor high-performing teams.
- Passion for the future of technology and a forward-thinking mindset regarding AI trends.
