Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Roadmap Leadership: Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical roadmaps, defining milestones and deliverables for the engineering team.
- Model Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into our core platforms.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and drive product innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure low latency and high throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
