Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions for complex, real-world problems.
- Oversee the development of proprietary neural network models and optimization algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into core product infrastructure.
- Lead technical strategy sessions and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in machine learning, deep learning, and quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive technical vision in a fast-paced environment.
