Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for autonomous decision-making systems and edge computing environments.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers in the design and implementation of the 2026 technical roadmap.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time processing, low latency, and high throughput.
- Collaborate with product leaders and C-suite executives to define technical strategies for emerging AI applications.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, compliance, and interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
