Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Lead the technical strategy for AI model deployment, ensuring low-latency and high-throughput performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
- Oversee the security and compliance of sensitive AI datasets and models.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML infrastructure architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and C++.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
