Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures optimized for 2026 computing standards.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and software engineers in advanced neural network design.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI readiness and ethical AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with evolving global tech regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrated experience with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
