Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-efficiency on distributed cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and evaluate their potential impact on our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
