Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Strategically plan the evolution of our AI models, identifying emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust cloud-native architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, product designers, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and align technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
