We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our strategic roadmap, specializing in Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and next-generation Large Language Models. You will not just implement existing tech; you will architect the infrastructure that powers the autonomous agents of tomorrow.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, secure, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap for AI capabilities, identifying emerging trends in multimodal learning and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Architect Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling high-throughput data streams and real-time inference.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on fine-tuning, quantization, and efficient serving (vLLM, TensorRT).
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents into legacy systems and new product ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and API interoperability.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and data scientists in best practices for MLOps and system design.
- Risk Management: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude architectures) in production environments.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps with a 2-3 year horizon.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
