Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Establish the architectural blueprint for the company's AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026, focusing on Generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Lead High-Impact Engineering: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models and neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Partner with C-suite executives to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals and market opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence, mentoring junior architects and engineers to foster their professional growth.
- System Optimization: Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of our core data infrastructure and AI pipelines.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role architecting large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
