Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and deploy advanced deep learning models capable of real-time spatial reasoning and multi-modal understanding.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Optimize for Scale: Ensure AI systems can handle petabyte-scale data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, transparency, and safety in automated decision-making systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- System Integration: Integrate AI cores with cloud infrastructure and hardware edge devices seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering cutting-edge AI solutions in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
