Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design of scalable, next-generation AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and implement best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and model deployment.
- Mentor and lead a high-performance team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Ensure systems are resilient, secure, and compliant with global AI ethics standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Drive innovation in our proprietary algorithms to achieve state-of-the-art performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale machine learning products to market.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
