Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation AI systems for the 2026 Horizon project.
- Define technical vision and strategy for scalable, high-performance infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team of 15+ members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, large-scale deployments.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
