Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to translate research concepts into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and observability in a cloud-native environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical vision and drive strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural evaluations to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Proven experience designing systems at scale, handling petabytes of data, and optimizing for low-latency inference.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
