In this role, you will design the neural architectures that will power the autonomous world of tomorrow. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, quantum computing, and human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and deploy scalable deep learning models capable of autonomous decision-making in complex environments.
- Lead Autonomous Systems: Oversee the integration of AI into our fleet of autonomous robotics and smart city infrastructure.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Optimization: Continuously refine model performance, accuracy, and efficiency to meet enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in senior AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Quantum Proficiency: Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
