Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of ML systems and their societal implications
- Experience developing AI governance frameworks for enterprise deployments
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields preferred
- Proficiency in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
