Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, including generative models and autonomous systems.
- Architect scalable AI solutions that enhance product performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate AI features seamlessly.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI usage.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology roles.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is highly preferred.
