Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI & Future Technologies Strategist to architect the technological horizon for our organization leading up to 2026. You will be at the epicenter of integrating Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and next-generation quantum protocols into scalable enterprise ecosystems.
This is not just a technical role; it is a strategic leadership position. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between emerging futuristic trends and executable business roadmaps, ensuring our infrastructure is resilient and ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving tech landscape of the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with core business objectives.
- Lead the research, development, and integration of Next-Gen AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Oversee the pilot programs for quantum-ready infrastructure and decentralized edge computing deployment.
- Establish robust ethical frameworks and governance for AI deployment to ensure compliance, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to translate abstract futuristic concepts into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive innovations before they become mainstream market shifts.
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in high-impact project execution and strategic foresight.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Senior Engineering or Strategic Leadership roles, with a focus on innovation.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technology initiatives with a 5+ year strategic horizon.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Predictive Analytics, and System Architecture.
- Strong understanding of blockchain interoperability, DeFi protocols, and decentralized systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Certification in AI Ethics or Strategic Foresight is a significant plus.
