Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core neural infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on quantum-enhanced machine learning models.
- Lead the technical vision for large-scale data processing, ensuring zero-latency scalability for global deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies that align with futuristic industry standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the implementation of ethical AI frameworks and safety protocols for autonomous systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture audits to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with practical experience in quantum simulation frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex, ambiguous projects.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
