Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI and quantum-ready architectures that drive our 2026 product roadmap.
- Quantum Integration: Spearhead the integration of quantum computing concepts into our machine learning pipelines and data processing units.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technical strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system bottlenecks and optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and distributed systems to propose innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. A strong background in theoretical physics or advanced mathematics is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Quantum Awareness: Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical knowledge of quantum computing applications in real-world scenarios.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
