Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures for enterprise deployment.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to achieve 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Optimize algorithms for hybrid classical-quantum environments to solve complex computational problems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct technical research to identify emerging technologies that align with our long-term strategic vision.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex products on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
