Responsibilities
- Pioneer Next-Gen Architectures: Design and implement novel neural network architectures aimed at achieving AGI capabilities by 2026.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Drive the research roadmap for optimizing inference speeds and model efficiency for edge devices.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Translate theoretical research into production-ready scalable systems using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish guidelines and frameworks for safe AI deployment, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of Transformer models and distributed training.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with novel algorithmic approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
