Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures for scalable, autonomous AI systems.
- Research Strategy: Define the long-term research roadmap to achieve AGI milestones, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Publication & Patenting: Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and secure patents for novel algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, scientific rigor, and curiosity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product engineering and data science teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready models.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning research, with a proven track record of leading research teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (expertise in one is required).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
