Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will lead the design of neural interfaces and AI-driven user journeys. You will translate complex machine learning outputs into tangible, human-centric experiences that feel natural, fluid, and intelligent.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Interfaces: Design and prototype next-generation AI-native interfaces, focusing on spatial computing and neural interaction paradigms.
- AI Integration Strategy: Partner with ML engineers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive AI into the core user experience, ensuring latency and relevance are minimized.
- Ethical AI Design: Establish and enforce design principles for transparency, bias mitigation, and user agency in automated decision-making systems.
- User-Centric Research: Conduct rigorous user research to validate AI assumptions and refine the emotional resonance of our digital products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of junior designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical literacy.
- Technical Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Unity, or Unreal Engine to demonstrate future state capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Research, or Interaction Design, with at least 3 years in AI or Spatial Computing.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI workflows, and spatial computing hardware (VR/AR/XR).
- Portfolio: A strong, portfolio showcasing complex system design and innovative use of emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver scalable design solutions.
