Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI product roadmap and strategic vision for the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and AI researchers.
- Design and oversee the architecture of scalable machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on our product suite.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI and adherence to industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI/ML products from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
