Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's AI strategy and technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into scalable software products.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of AI evolution.
- Oversee the architecture of data pipelines ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
