- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives to ensure maximum impact on business growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and architectural decisions in high-growth environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
