Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design scalable, high-performance systems that anticipate the demands of the enterprise market in 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous innovation.
- System Design: Oversee the end-to-end architecture of our core platforms, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate strategic vision into technical reality.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
