Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 strategic rollout, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging tech trends.
- System Design & Optimization: Design and implement high-availability, low-latency microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced Machine Learning models into core business logic to drive predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 15+ senior engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions meet ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of driving technical strategy and influencing product direction.
