Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines optimized for real-time, high-volume data processing.
- Lead the design of quantum-ready software architectures and hybrid cloud environments.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies and legacy system integrations.
- Drive the implementation of automated testing and deployment strategies (CI/CD).
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++.
- Proven experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and security best practices.
