The Role:
As our Lead Architect for the 2026 initiative, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and security experts to deploy a hybrid cloud ecosystem capable of handling petabyte-scale AI workloads.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of the 2026 core infrastructure stack, integrating quantum-ready algorithms with deep learning models.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure system scalability and fault tolerance for high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate the 2026 strategic vision into concrete technical execution plans.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest quality of engineering excellence.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity protocols to protect proprietary data assets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or Quantum computing environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience designing distributed systems using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
