Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and futuristic market trends.
- System Design & Scalability: Design and implement robust, scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- AI & Automation Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core business operations to drive automation and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry regulations.
- Technical Debt Management: Drive initiatives to refactor and modernize legacy systems to support the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Stack Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production environments.
