Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Architect high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy monolithic structures to microservices and serverless architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to integrate cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities into core products.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in designing systems for AI/ML workloads and big data analytics.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and migrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
