Responsibilities
- Architect scalable neural frameworks designed for 2026-era infrastructure and quantum integration.
- Lead the end-to-end development of next-gen generative models and predictive algorithms.
- Oversee system performance optimization, ensuring low-latency processing at scale.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers.
- Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive innovation in smart city and IoT ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale, production-ready machine learning models.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; familiarity with GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and computer vision architectures.
