Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems architectures.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business workflows.
- Oversee the migration to serverless and edge computing environments.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and performance optimization of existing systems.
- Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define long-term technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and cloud computing.
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and high-availability patterns.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern API development.
- Strong leadership track record with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to design systems that are secure, compliant, and future-ready.
