OmniCore Technologies is on a mission to redefine the digital landscape by 2026. We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect: 2026 Vision Roadmap to spearhead our strategic infrastructure overhaul. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between current capabilities and our ambitious future goals, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ready for the next generation of technological disruption.
You will work closely with C-level executives and product leads to design the architectural blueprint for our 2026 release cycle, integrating bleeding-edge technologies such as quantum-ready encryption and autonomous AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects in designing scalable, distributed microservices architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to evaluate their viability for future system integration.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments, ensuring zero downtime.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish security protocols and data governance frameworks compliant with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and edge computing architectures.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and zero-trust network architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
