Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, large-scale distributed systems capable of handling unprecedented data loads.
- Architect high-performance machine learning pipelines and integrate next-gen AI models into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge AI) and integrate viable solutions into the stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural network optimization.
