Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems specifically tailored for the Web 4.0 and AI-driven landscape of 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps and strategic goals.
- Implement advanced AI and Machine Learning models directly into core system logic to automate complex workflows.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI usage across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish coding standards to maintain high engineering excellence.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces and Neuromorphic engineering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven programming.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and ethical AI governance frameworks.
