Your Mission:
As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for the high-level design of our core platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and future-proof for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture for autonomous systems.
- Oversee the integration of AI/ML models into core infrastructure pipelines.
- Lead architectural migrations to cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure).
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and system reliability.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing readiness).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, high-availability environments, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicle software stacks or robotics frameworks.
