Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the high-level technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design: Lead the design of complex, distributed systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Integration & Deployment: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge AI models and legacy infrastructure into seamless, production-ready solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and AI integration patterns.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
