Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical infrastructure for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge AI research papers into deployable, production-grade code and system architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement architectural solutions to improve latency and throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and security experts to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging technology trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and integrate them into our strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on high-scale distributed systems and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with quantum computing frameworks or large language models (LLMs) is a significant plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage technical debt, and drive projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
