Job Description
The Future is Now. Nexus Innovations is assembling the vanguard of the Project 2026 initiative—a paradigm-shifting effort to redefine the boundaries of quantum computing and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a visionary Lead Architect to spearhead the development of next-generation neural networks optimized for quantum processors.
If you are passionate about solving unsolvable problems and building the foundational infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond, this is your moment to lead.
About the Role
You will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and quantum mechanics, designing architectures that are scalable, secure, and revolutionary. This is not just a job; it is a mission to accelerate humanity's computational evolution.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement high-level system architectures for quantum-classical hybrid AI models.
- Algorithm Development: Pioneer novel algorithms that leverage quantum superposition for exponential speedups in data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists and software engineers in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and frameworks within the Project 2026 ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.
- Code Optimization: Optimize existing codebases to ensure compatibility with future QPU (Quantum Processing Unit) hardware standards.
- Prototyping: Build rapid, scalable prototypes to validate theoretical concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical quantum mechanics concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum technologies.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Forest.
- Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, with experience in applying these to quantum hardware.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, undefined problems and devise innovative solutions.
- Agile Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Language: Fluent in English with exceptional technical writing and verbal communication skills.
